Containers and your colleagues

To work out freight per unit, we need to know how many units of each product fit in a container. In the last step, you can invite your colleagues if you like.

1. In the Containers step you see, for each product, how many units fit in a 20' and a 40' container and in a full truck. These figures are estimated from the net weight you declared.
2. For bulky goods the estimate can be too high. Enter the figure you know and press “Next”.
3. In the Colleagues step, type the email address of each person who should see Today and press “Invite”. You can skip this step.
4. Press “Open Today”. We check three years of changes against your lanes; this takes a few minutes.

You can change the container figures and the members later on the Company screen.
