Terms of service

These terms apply between Anticipai B.V. and the company that uses Eximcast. They are written in plain words; if anything is unclear, write to us.

Who we are

Eximcast is a service of Anticipai B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 93732783, VAT number NL866508065B01). You can reach us at support@eximcast.com.

“We” means Anticipai B.V. “You” means the company that holds the account, and the people it invites.

What Eximcast does

Eximcast reads official publications (Türkiye's Resmî Gazete, the EU's Official Journal and TARIC, the US Federal Register and Harmonized Tariff Schedule) and the data your company gives it. From them it shows what one unit of your goods costs delivered from each origin, what changed that cost, and which deadline comes next. Every figure links to the document it came from.

It is information, not legal or customs advice

The official text is what counts. Check it, or ask your customs broker, before you act on a figure. A figure can be wrong when a source is wrong, late or misread; that is why each one shows its source, and why figures we are unsure of are marked and held for review.

Your account

Your company's account owner invites the other users and decides what they see. Keep your password to yourself; your company is responsible for what is done with its accounts. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used one.

Plans and payment

The plans, what each includes and their prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT; VAT is added where the law requires it.

You pay by card, through our payment provider Stripe. Each payment's invoice is sent by email. A plan renews by itself at the end of each month or year until it is cancelled.

We may change our prices. We tell account owners by email at least 30 days before; a new price applies from the first period that starts after that.

If a payment fails, we tell the account owner by email. Until it is paid, the account can be read but not changed. Your company's data stays.

Trial

Any plan can be tried for 14 days. We take a card at the start. If you cancel within the 14 days, you pay nothing; if not, the first payment is taken when the trial ends.

A company our team invites can use Eximcast for 14 days from its owner's first sign-in, with no card. To go on, its owner chooses a plan. If no plan is chosen by the end of the 14 days, the account can be read but not changed until one is, and the company's data stays.

Cancellation and refunds

A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from the Company page in Eximcast. It runs to the end of the month you paid for, and is not renewed.

A yearly plan runs to the end of the year you paid for, and is not renewed once cancelled.

There are no refunds for part of a period.

A trial cancelled within its 14 days costs nothing.

Your company's data

Your company owns the data it uploads: declarations, bills of materials, quotes, contracts and settings. We use it only to run Eximcast for your company. We do not sell it and do not show it to other companies. How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice.

When your company stops using Eximcast, ask us and we delete its data, as the privacy notice describes.

Fair use

Do not try to reach another company's data, do not load the service far beyond normal use, and do not copy the document archive by automated means. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; we tell its owner first unless the harm is urgent.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Eximcast running and back it up every night, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change the service and these terms; we email account owners about a change that matters to them before it applies.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of figures shown in Eximcast, or for indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. A dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you another choice.

These terms exist in English and Turkish. If they differ, the English text applies.
