Where do you keep track of deadlines?

Actions → Deadlines and limits brings together every date waiting for you. The nearest ones also appear on Today.

  1. Cut-off dates: goods loaded before a new rate takes effect often keep the old rate. If you've uploaded your shipments, we also say which ones make it.
  2. Quotas: roughly when a tariff quota will run out at the pace you're using it.
  3. Expiries: your certificates, supplier quotes, freight quotes and contracts; and the dates a measure ends and the duty goes back to its earlier rate.
  4. Click a row to open the change behind the date.
  5. Use “Dismiss” to take a row that is done, or doesn't concern you, off the list. Dates are kept apart as open, missed, done and dismissed.

Without your shipments, the cut-off dates are the ones the rules set, not ones worked out from your own shipments. You can upload shipments under Company → Data imports.
