What do you do if a rate looks wrong?

First look at the cell: next to each rate is an image of that cell of the official list. If the cell shows a different figure from the screen, you can correct it.

1. Open Company → Rates.
2. Press “Correct” on the code and origin that look wrong.
3. Enter the rate the cell shows and press “Save”. Your correction applies to your own lanes at once.
4. If you're not sure, write to support@eximcast.com with the code and the origin, and we'll look at it together.

When a second, independent reading finds the same figure, your correction applies for everyone. Your customs broker can also confirm which line of which tariff applies.
