How do you manage your subscription?

Company → Billing shows your plan, the state of your subscription and how much of your plan you use. The company's owners manage billing.

1. “Manage billing” opens Stripe's secure page: change your plan or card, download invoices, add your VAT number or cancel the subscription.
2. The trial lasts 14 days, and its end date is on the Status line. If our team invited you, no card is needed; just choose a plan before the 14 days are up. When the trial ends your plan is charged to your card; cancel before then and nothing is charged.
3. If a payment fails, we email you. You have 7 days to update your card.
4. If the payment still fails, or the subscription ends, Eximcast becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not add or confirm anything. Once the payment goes through, you carry on where you left off.

The use of the plan shows how much of your plan's product codes, users and companies you use. A product code counts once per destination country; origins are unlimited.
